The purpose of this Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy is to define Infideal Manufacturing Phils. Inc’s commitment to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, management, and stakeholders of Infideal Manufacturing Philippines Incorporated, including its suppliers, contractors, and business partners.

CSR Objectives

  • Promote responsible and sustainable thermoforming manufacturing operations.
  • Implement environmental initiatives to minimize waste and improve material efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and employee welfare.
  • Encourage employee participation in CSR and volunteer activities.
  • Ensure that all suppliers, contractors, and service providers adhere to Infideal’s CSR principles, including ethical conduct, environmental protection, and social responsibility.

Focus Areas

Environmental Responsibility

  • Comply with DENR and LGU environmental regulations on plastic waste, emissions, and effluent management.
  • Practice 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in thermoforming operations.
  • Explore the use of eco-friendly and recyclable plastic materials.
  • Continuously improve energy efficiency in production processes and equipment use.

Employee Welfare

  • Maintain a safe and ergonomic workplace, in compliance with DOLE standards.
  • Provide continuous training, skills development, and equal opportunities.

Review and Amendment

This policy shall be reviewed every two (2) years or as necessary to ensure it remains relevant and compliant with new environmental, labor, and corporate requirements.
